Latinidad - New Works by Latin Canadian Filmmakers at aluCine 2022

aluCine continues its yearly tradition of showcasing the best in new Latin Canadian cinema! This short film program features works from emerging and established Latinx filmmakers in Canada, bringing you a taste of culture and allowing us to celebrate the creative visions of those within our community. Showcasing art as a form of resistance, remembrance, exploration, self-love, and love for others, each of these works contains powerful messages that encourage the audience to contemplate and further engage with the work. Includes two new projects from Edgardo Moreno, with live musical accompaniment!
