Scrapbooking in the Park Pt. 3 w The Quiz & Creating Through Intuition

An opportunity to gather with others, slow down, be creative and enjoy nature. Life can be challenging and fast paced making it hard to take time for yourself and to do things just because they bring you joy. Knowing this, we wanted to create an opportunity to do some of that self-care everyone is always telling us is so important. We constantly hear people say “I wish I could be creative like you,” or “I wish I was good at art like you.” Well let us let you in on a little secret: you already are creative and you already are good at art. All it takes to create is the want to do so and an idea or inspiration. That is why we created these workshops, to give you space to tap into that creativity and explore those ideas. Allow this to be a chance to step back and let your intuition lead the way!

This event will be 3 hours long and will include at least 2 hours to work on your own scrapbook style piece. We will provide all the materials needed (but of course you can choose to also bring your own) and all you have to do is show up with an open mind and an open heart. We will have papers of all different colours, textures and patterns, stickers, die-cuts, washi tapes, stamps, stencils, markers and more!

We will open the event with a quick meditation to help you get present, grounded and to spark your creativity. The intention for this event is to create whatever you feel called to. This will be followed by dedicated time to create and connect with others and the event will be closed with an opportunity to share and discuss what you have created.
