Splatter Art in the Park (Fireside) Pt. 4

We know the weather is getting a little colder but we still wanted to creat an opportunity to gather with others, slow down, be creative and enjoy nature. That’s why this event will be fireside with marshmallows for roasting, smores ingredients and warm drinks available. This event will be a special opportunity for you to connect with your inner child, be silly and let go of control through splatter art! I find that we have the tendency to forget how important play is for our wellbeing so this is an intentional space we have created for you to do just that! We constantly hear people say “I wish I could be creative like you,” or “I wish I was good at art like you.” Well let us let you in on a little secret: you already are creative and you already are good at art. All it takes to create is the want to do so and an idea or inspiration. That is why we created these workshops, to give you space to tap into that creativity and explore those ideas. Allow this to be a chance to step back and let your intuition lead the way!

This event will be 3 hours long and will include at least 2 hours to work on your own splatter art style piece. We will provide all the materials needed (but of course you can choose to also bring your own) and all you have to do is show up with an open mind and an open heart. We will have individual canvases for each person, paints, and various tools for splattering (e.g., brushes, sponges, spray bottles, etc.).

We will open the event with a quick meditation to help you get present, grounded and to spark your creativity. The intention for this event is to create whatever you feel called to. This will be followed by dedicated time to create and connect with others and the event will be closed with an opportunity to share and discuss what you have created.
