TOCA's Cookie Decorating, Cheese/Wine Masterclass at The Ritz- Carlton, Toronto

We are excited to share the impressive masterclasses TOCA, located in The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto have to offer this spring break, from March 13th- March 18th from 3:30pm to 5:00pm.

Joining one of TOCA\’s top pastry chefs, guests of all ages will be able to take part in a cookie decorating activity, letting their imaginations run wild. For the adults, TOCA\’s culinary team and sommeliers will guide them through a 60 minute masterclass absorbing top knowledge about their favourite Cheese & Wine. Also offering a tour of the cheese cave, patrons will leave this class with an impressive cheese board pallet, learning how to pair compotes, crostini and preserves.
