House Of Arts

House of Arts is a multi-use space and community arts initiative created to foster connections in the expansive Black arts community in Toronto and its surrounding cities. In November 2022, House of Arts will present Black Excellence, a performance series featuring new works from Black Toronto-based artists. HOA was started by Warda Youssouf when she found a gap for young, emerging Black artists (and non-artists) to explore and play. House of Arts is a space for artists to relax, to learn and to try something new. It’s a home base where you can expect a warm meal, a hot drink, and a safe place to expand your practice.
