Toronto Chinatown Business Improvement Area

The Toronto Chinatown Business Improvement Area (CBIA) is a not-for-profit community based City of Toronto agency established in 2007. In its 21st year, the Chinatown BIA presents The Toronto Chinatown Festival attracting over 250,000 visitors during the two-day event.
