Toronto litigation lawyer Jennie Brodski’s new stage production Senior Counsel is a comedic, fast-talking, nail-biter of a play that sees a young female lawyer expose and tear down the old boys' club of a Bay Street law firm. The limited-run world premiere debuts — close to Bay Street, naturally — at Toronto's Red Sandcastle Theatre on March 4, 5, and 6, 2022.

Senior Counsel is one of the very few Toronto stage productions to emerge since the start of the COVID pandemic. To optimize audience safety, the venue is HEPA filtered, seating is limited, and masks and proof of vaccination are required.

Senior Counsel is directed by comedy veteran Anne Marie Scheffler, and stars Kae Walker (The Great Christmas Switch — GAC Family), David Huband (Good Sam — CBS), Precious Chong (Chucky — USA/ SYFY), Liz Harpur (Kim’s Convenience — CBC/ Netflix), Tonjha Richardson (Ginny & Georgia — Netflix), and David Rosser (The Expanse — Amazon Original).
