A solo digital performance that unpacks the hidden perspectives of Deaf people from the handful that survived the horrors of the atomic bomb atrocity in Japan in 1945. Survivors of the A-bomb are known as ‘hibakusha’. A cutting-edge, immersive experience utilizing visual and vibration technology. Performed in signed mime and ASL, as well as voiced. Up to 50 members of the audience will have access to vibrotactile WoojerTM straps that allow the audience to experience the sound of the production, as vibration.
