The basketball themed exhibit celebrating basketball art and local artists.The paint is one of the most exciting areas on the court. It’s where the dunks, blocks, lay-ups and alley-oops happen. The paint has also become a canvas for creative expression. And so has this show.

The all-star artist lineup for this exhibit consists of Mallory Tolcher, Briony Douglas, Chris Solcz, Kira Made This, Mark Serrano, The Give & Grow, Jimmy Chiale, JBV Creative, Craig White, Hieram and Peppy Colours.

The work pays homage to the ever-growing love for basketball in Toronto and it ranges from paintings and limited edition prints to sculptures, painted sneakers and jerseys and interactive kinetic art that shoots free throws and never misses.

The exhibit runs April 13-30. Entry is free and the artwork can be purchased and taken home after April 30.
