Join us for a full fitness journey, from high intensity sweat sessions to mindful meditation cool downs, at our first annual 10XTO Fitness Festival. Take part in any, or all 4 of the below group fitness classes and show us your moves!
Classes available:
Vinyasa Yoga | 8:15am - 9:00am: An enthusiastic and powerful practice containing postures that are strung together with the intention to seamlessly move from one to another. Participants are guided through the foundations of power yoga and various forms of breath work.
Body Weight HIIT | 9:15am - 10:00am: This class will consist of exercises that train muscles to produce power, including dynamic movements that do not require the use of weights. We use our body as our dumbbell as we move through powerful aerobic exercises.
Afro Soul Flow | 10:15am - 11:00am: A rejuvenating practice that incorporates an accessible vinyasa flow, diaspora movement from West and East Africa and live music with drums, crystals and more! Sweat, laugh, move, and embody joy!
Signing Bowl and Meditation | 11:15am - 12:00pm: Slow down, be with your breath, and fill yourself with gratitude. Feel the vibrations of the singing bowls as they promote relaxation and powerful healing properties. Recommended to bring a blanket or bolster.
