Indigenous Fashion Arts (IFA) is a multi-platform non-profit organization for Indigenous-made fashion, craft and textile arts. We explore the deep connections between mainstream fashion, Indigenous art and traditional practice through artist development, public engagement and sector innovation. We celebrate global Indigenous expression in fashion and the arts and its grounding in Indigenous knowledge, ways of life and storytelling. Led by majority Indigenous women, IFA connects audiences to artistic and cultural expression that celebrates and advances Indigenous artists and designers.

IFA is the presenter of the biennial Indigenous Fashion Arts Festival (formerly Indigenous Fashion Week Toronto – IFWTO). The next Indigenous Fashion Arts Festival takes place June 9-12, 2022 at Harbourfront Centre in downtown Toronto.
