This contemporary art installation invites visitors to pause and reflect, encouraging communion, dialogue, reconciliation and relaxation. This version of 1000 Visages is dedicated to all the indigenous children found in unmarked graves at former residential schools in Canada.

Developed in collaboration with the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, the Ravine walls celebrate First Nations’ heritage and culture with the moccasin identifer engraved into the stone, a visual reminder to recognize and honour the past.
