Guild Festival Theatre is excited to present a quartet of Anton Chekhov's short comedies reimagined as a vaudeville style show. Adapted by Co-Artistic Directors Tyler J. Seguin & Helen Juvonen, this musical comedy is a must-see this summer!
Chekhov's Shorts features a cast of 3 actors playing 12 characters in this new production that finds the comedy in the absurdities and pitfalls of love, courtship, and marriage. Freely adapted from Anton Chekhov's hilarious plays The Bear, The Proposal, The Tragicomic Hero & The Dangers of Tobacco, Chekhov's Shorts will play at the stunning Greek Theatre from August 18th- August 28th in Scarborough's Guild Park & Gardens
