Ignite your passion at our Duende Flamenco Festival 2022’s opening reception! We invite guests to an evening of dance, drinks and duende. Discover your duende at the Aga Khan Museum!
Begin the evening with an auditorium showcase featuring Vida by artists of The National Ballet of Canada’s RBC Apprentice Program, a flamenco film produced by FabCollab, and a guitar summit featuring five Canadian flamenco guitarists to invigorate the spirit!
Then venture throughout our Atrium to mix and mingle with refreshments while enjoying flamenco activations by local flamenco artists, free access to our galleries, and a photobooth to take a memory home!
Each ticket provides you with one drink of the night (mocktails available) and cheese boards, galore!
Dress to burn! We ask guests to dress in cocktail attire.
Often used as a description or measure of aesthetic value within flamenco, duende refers to the soulful emotion that is both expressed by the artists and experienced by the audience, and the charisma of an individual - the spirit.
Price: $80
