Dignam Gallery presents COMPASSION FATIGUE, a spectacular exhibition by Women’s Art Association of Canada (WAAC) member artist Andrew F. Ross, on display from November 26 through November 30, 2022.
This exhibition consists of daring new work from Ross, on the verge of the surreal. An echo of uncertain times. These works touch on both the triumphs and challenges of caring, giving, and loss.
Between different lights, whether daylight, or evening, and indoor fluorescents, you will notice a transformation with each piece turn into a brand new composition. Its perspective shifting under the weight of experience and circumstance.
Andrew F. Ross is a contemporary painter. His work is housed in the permanent collection of the Albright Knox Art Gallery Museum (Buffalo, New York) and in the Crown Collection of the Government of Canada (Ottawa, Canada) and with private collectors in New York, Palm Beach, London, Roma, Malta, and Toronto.
COMPASSION FATIGUE exhibition takes place in the Dignam Gallery, inside the beautiful and historical Women’s Art Association of Canada building at 23 Prince Arthur Ave., in Yorkville, Toronto. From each purchase, 20% of all sales will go to their choice of Sick Children’s Hospital Innovators, The Red Cross, or The Royal Victoria Hospital.
