“Our class will be a combination of vinyasa (flow) and yin (longer held stretches.) Expect to move, breath, sweat and restore. With a variety of modifications and upgrades offered, the practice will be accessible and invigorating to all levels of experience.

The practice of yoga is an access point to the present moment. When truly listening to what the body needs, there is space for a deeper connection to what is possible. Mindful movement and breathing empowers the practitioner to heal their body, mind and spirit.”
