RyGuy Comedy presents Mental HELLth, a stand-up comedy showcase where professional stand-up comedians prove that laughter truly is the best medicine!

Please join us for a hilarious evening of comedy that will both entertain and inspire, all while raising money for an amazing cause! I am proud to announce that all proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to CAMH, the Centre For Addiction And Mental Health!

At our last show on May 3rd, we had a jam-packed room (75 PEOPLE!) and raised nearly $1100 for The CAMH Foundation! Our next target is to raise $1500 in June, so get your tickets ASAP and help us CRUSH this goal!

Her honest and insightful yet silly and spontaneous account of her transgender journey has turned heads across North America and has earned her appearances at renowned festivals such as Just For Laughs, Halifax Comedy Festival, and many others, as well as earned her a writing role on the 30th season of "This Hour Has 22 Minutes".

Though she has taped stand-up performances for CBC Gem and Crave and can be currently seen every Friday on OutTV/Apple TV's third season of "Drag Heals", Al Val is surely an act that must be seen in person to be believed - and celebrated!"
