We’re bringing Asado to downtown Toronto this summer with a two-day street festival celebrating Argentine grilling culture.
Asado in Toronto, a two-day street festival in downtown Toronto celebrating Argentine grilling culture. Taking place on August 16th and 17th from 11am to 7pm at St. Lawrence Market, this event brings together local chefs, live music, dancing, and authentic Asado cuisine.
Inspired by the cultural significance of Asado in Argentina, Chef Rene, with the support of his Argentine friends, aims to bring the Latin American community spirit to Canada's multicultural centre.
Attendees can enjoy stations along Market Street offering traditional Asado food, music, drinks, and dancing. For a complete Asado feast, they can reserve a spot under the South Market tent, where live music, dancing, and drinks will enhance the experience. Asado welcomes all ages, including the Latin American community, foodies, Financial District professionals, GTA residents, and tourists.
Tickets and more information are available at asadotoronto.com. Two options are offered: street festival access to sample Asado delights, and a complete Asado feast experience under the South Market tent.
