Kristin Lindell is a songwriter from the Beach area of Toronto. This Roots songstress channels Joni Mitchell and the blues divas like Nina Simone, effortlessly weaving folk and blues seamlessly in her sets. Her songs are a unique blend of Roots music with melodic jazz tinged vocals and vivid lyrics. Her ethereal voice will lift you up while her songs paint technicolour images of ravens circling the sky, flowing rivers, and dancing barefoot on grass. Visceral, sensual and immediate, her songs take you into an enticing world of magic.Kristin has performed as far East as Portland Maine and as far West as Saltspring Island BC and can be heard at many Toronto venues and festivals. Her second album, Overflowing has had airplay on CBC and her third album River of Light features a stellar cast of Toronto musicians.

Jesse Whiteley is a passionate and multi-talented pianist/keyboardist, singer, composer, arranger, and bandleader. Throughout his diverse musical life, Jesse has performed the gamut of musical genres from blues, jazz, swing, boogie woogie, rhythm and blues, to roots, and country. He can be seen performing under his own name and accompanying many different artists and groups around the Toronto music scene, and anywhere else the music takes him
