The Rendezvous with Madness Festival is the first and largest arts and mental health festival in the world. Using art as the entry point to illuminate and investigate the realities and mythologies surrounding mental illness and addiction.

Rendezvous With Madness' 2022 programming theme, "#MoreThanRebellion", a statement that embodies the festival's efforts to normalize informed public discourse around mental health, addiction, recovery and wellness. More than rebellion means tearing down a broken system in favour of a generational change.
Rendezvous With Madness Festival returns this year running from Thursday, October 27th - Sunday, November 6th, utilizing a hybrid format with in-person and online programming ranging from 13 feature films and two short programs – a total of 30 films from 18 countries alongside "kind renderings" an in-person visual art exhibition featuring six artists alongside five live performances including a run of The Flin Flon Cowboy, a new musical created and performed by Ken Harrower and the return of a comedy night.
Rendezvous' 2022 programming will be offered this year at the Hot Docs Ted Rogers Cinema, the CAMH Auditorium, the Workman Arts Gallery at Artscape Youngplace, and the Comedy Bar.
