Hutch & Friends is a comedy showcase hosted by Hutcheson spotlighting the best of the Toronto stand-up community. The show is produced up to eight times a year in downtown Toronto and consistently sells-out.

Martha Chaves is often heard on Laugh out Loud, and The Debaters on CBC Radio and is a regular panelist on Because News, also on the CBC. Her numerous TV appearances include Just For Laughs and Winnipeg Comedy Festival Galas and her two national comedy specials: Comics! on the CBC and, There’s Something About Martha on the Comedy Network. She was voted Stand-up Comic of the Year at the 2018 Canadian Comedy Awards. Her debut comedy album, “Chunky Salsa” was featured among the best comedy albums of 2019. She is also a fierce human rights advocate, using humour to challenge the status quo in four different languages. She’s the host of The Nobel Women’s Initiative podcast, “When Feminists Rule the World”.

Ben Sosa-Wright is a twisted and pretty comedian and writer from Toronto. Ben has performed in comedy clubs and festivals all over North America including Just For Laughs, Limestone Comedy Festival, NXNE, and even headlined Just For Laughs Toronto. He was named by CBC Comedy as one of their 15 Canadian Comedians to Watch. His writing is featured in Reader’s Digest and Xtra magazine. His podcast Nostalgique was recently mentioned by Vulture as their comedy podcast of the week!

​Kari Johnson is a stand-up comedian and writer based in Toronto but has performed in festivals all over the world. Her imaginative observations center around her racial ambiguity, wearing thongs and anything else that might justify her liberal arts degree. Follow her @karigejohnson for more.

Host: Paul Hutcheson is a queer comedic performer know for his physicality and storytelling skills who has been compared to Jim Carrey and David Sedaris. Canuck Hutch Productions began in 2008 and has produced numerous solo comedies, stand-up showcases and cabaret evenings that have played to sold-out houses throughout Canada and the United States.
