It is hard to believe that 4 years ago, we felt literally trapped indoors. We have spent the last few years exploring our new normal. While we are no longer in isolation, things have most definitely changed.

How have we changed? How have we changed the way we make decisions? How do we see the world in a different way than before? How has the way we process our own thoughts evolved to keep up with this ever-changing landscape?

Over the last 3 years of virtual and in-person performances, Beyond Mental Borders have observed a shift in how our minds work on a day to day basis, changing how we approach situations in a very different way. Despite the obstacles our world brings, our mind has the power to overcome and take control of anything thrown our way. And that brings us to this show: an opportunity to have fun exploring your thoughts, experiences, emotions, and, above all, what your mind can truly do.
