If you catch yourself out for a stroll, make sure you land at Scarborough Town Centre as we unveil the newest activation of the iconic Scarborough Sign! Created by Scarborough-raised muralist, Curtia Wright, Out for a Stroll is inspired by memories of adolescence in Scarborough, being immersed outside in nature with family and friends. It truly it is a must-see!
The Scarborough Sign is a part of ArtworxTO: Toronto’s Year of Public Art 2021 – 2022, with support from the City of Toronto, Cultural Hot Spot, the Ontario Arts Council, McWood Studios and the University of Toronto Scarborough. Find the Scarborough Sign in its new home at STC from July 2021 to November 2021.
