APRIL 9 – JUSTIN BACCHUS QUARTET
Justin Bacchus is a versatile performer, proudly able to connect soulfully with all musical genres over 20 plus years. Always honoured to return stage, Justin has been keeping himself busy inspiring a new generation of performance hopefuls, while spreading the good news of music at the Merriam School of Music where he has the pleasure of leading their vocal department, teaching, performance coaching, and also producing live event and community outreach. With live entertainment powerhouse Main Event Music Toronto, JB gets the opportunity to bring his special brand of party to events near and far as a vocalist, producer, and MC.

APRIL 16 – CARRIE CHESNUTT QUARTET
One part multi-instrumentalist, one part cabaret diva, Carrie Chesnutt is pulling material for this show from a lifetime of jazz-influenced music, ranging from the high society to the speakeasy, the ups and downs of life, and the BIG SQUEEZE of relentless end stage capitalism. This evening will be an enchanting mix of music and a few laughs - NOTHING is off limits! Carrie is joined by Jordan Klapman on piano, Ron Johnston on bass, and Jim Gelcer on drums.

APRIL 23 – JOANNA MAJOKO DUO
Joanna Majoko embodies versatility and dynamism in Canadian music. From her upbringing in Zimbabwe to her explorations in jazz music, her journey has been rich and diverse. Collaborating with luminaries like Larnell Lewis and David Clayton-Thomas, she has graced prestigious venues and festivals worldwide. Recently, Majoko showcased her multifaceted talents in her musical theatre debut with Soulpepper Theatre Company in "On A Night Like This." Recognized with awards like Emerging Jazz Artist at the Toronto Arts Foundation, she continually pushes boundaries. Her 2021 EP, "No Holding Back" solidifies her status as a force in the industry. Majoko's boundless creativity and dedication make her one of Canada's most compelling musical talents, inspiring audiences with her artistry.

APRIL 30 – LAURA FERNANDEZ & ORI DAGAN SING ANTONIO CARLOS JOBIM
International Jazz Day is April 30! To mark the occasion, acclaimed Toronto singer-songwriters Laura Fernandez & Ori Dagan will pay tribute to one of the founding fathers of bossa nova, Antonio Carlos Jobim. Considered one of the most prolific composers of the 20th century, the genius musician has influenced generations with his timeless catalogue of songs. The evening will also be in honour of recently departed vocalist Astrud Gilberto, the original voice who popularized “The Girl from Ipanema.”
