Laura sings an eclectic range of mid twentieth century standard and lesser known jazz and Latin tunes. She will be joined at the Free Times Café by a stellar trio of top notch musicians: Peter Hill on keys, Ben Bishop guitar and Jonathan Meyer bass. Laura has performed at clubs around Toronto since 2009, including Jazz Bistro, The Rex, 120 Diner and Hirut Café. Selections from her 2013 CD, 57 Minutes have been played by radio stations around the world.

The Free Times Café, known for its authentic home made Jewish and Middle Eastern food has fed and entertained appreciative diners for over 43 years. It may be the last of its kind in the formerly Jewish neighbourhood at College and Spadina. There are separate dining areas, including a dedicated music lounge.
