“When face to face with your inner child, how would you nourish and support yourself?”

Join us in the first of four self-love sessions. In this session, you will be lead through an inner-family healing practice, to honour your inner parents & inner child, to let go of past hurt and show up for yourself in the ways your inner child needs today. Following the facilitated session, you will create a vision board for your inner-essence, using a silhouette of yourself.
