She'd Psyched - Women in Psychdelics

She'd Psyched - Women in Psychdelics

Presented by SetSet at Cortex West

Come join us for an exciting event at 6 O'Hara Avenue, Toronto, ON, Canada where we will delve into the fascinating world of psychedelics from a female perspective.

If you have any questions, or are simply curious about this emerging field, including microdosing, psychedelic retreats, or assisted therapies and how they can be safely utlized, this is an event you should attend. For professionals in the space, facilitators, therapists and the like, your attendence will be a great networking opportunity with an audience of peers and a wealth of new information to help augment your own professional practice.

Refreshments and food will be available for all attendees.

Our headline guest will be Jen Chesak, author of the book: The Psilocybin Handbook for Women: How Magic Mushrooms, Psychedelic Therapy, and Microdosing Can Benefit Your Mental, Physical, and Spiritual Health. Jen will be selling and signing copies of her book before the evening's panel discussion. She is flying up from Nashville just for this event and will also be one of our panelists.

Our panel will be moderated by April Pride, co-founder of SetSet, and a Seattle-based serial creative entrepreneur developing brands and products for 20 years. In 2015, April turned her visionary focus to cannabis with the launch of Van der Pop, a cannabis lifestyle brand recognized for its design-forward stash accessories and education-first content relevant to women into - or curious about - weed. April is the OF LIKE MINDS Founder as well as creator and host of The High Guide podcast. She's been featured in numerous media outlets, including Vice, Forbes, and The Guardian. She's included on High Times' inaugural Female 50 List.

Our other illustrious panelists include:

Irie Selkirk - A world renowned drugs expert, educator, patient advocate and retreat provider who has serviced thousands of clients with psychedelic therapies. She is also an inventor of a novel psilocybin drug formulation; a social entrepreneur; and mother.

Jacquie Court - Founder of She2.0 which creates content and community to help guide women through their midlife journey including perimenopause and beyond. She is an advocate for plant medicine and has recently returned from her own psilocybin-assisted retreat in Jamaica.
