YOUTH DAY 2024 – FREE Arts Festival @ YONGE-DUNDAS SQUARE on Sunday, JULY 21 from 11am to 11pm – showcases MUSIC, DANCE, ART, PHOTOGRAPHY, FASHION & FILM. Yonge Street closure features the YD Market with FOOD, VENDORS & EXHIBITORS. BE PART OF IT!
At YOUTH DAY 2024, over 100 Act changes will entertain with "Live" Music, Dance Troupes, Speakers & Special Guests across 2 Stages for 12 non-stop hours at Yonge-Dundas Square, conveniently located above the Dundas TTC Station with parking under the Square. The Roster also includes TWO Fashion Shows and a 6 o'clock "Moment of Silence" to Youth lost to violence, attended by First Responders & Community Leaders. Come & Applaud our next generation of emerging Talent and get Artist Autographs & Photos at the YD Media Wall. PLUS, in the YOUTH DAY "YD Market" on the Yonge Street closure running south from Dundas, discover delicious cultural FOOD Trucks & Tables, interesting ARTISANS Vendors, valuable Community Organizations & Charities helping in your neighbourhood, and even learn about new job opportunities in the "YD Career Futures" section.

An Official Opening with Land Acknowledgement by the Founder and Members of the Non-Profit Organization commmences at 11:00am, followed by an unmatched and varied Roster of over 100 Act changes during the full 12-hour non-stop Celebrations. Two Fashion shows happen in the late afternoon and early evening, with a traditional "Moment of Silence" for the Youth lost to violence at 6:00pm. Right after, the Audience can join in a fun Flash-Dance on the Square, and be SURPRISED by the closing Headliner! And don't forget to shop the YD Market on the Yonge Street closure all day too, with interesting Artisans and plenty to eat with delicious Foods from around the World! At YOUTH DAY there is something for everone at the FREE family day to remember ~ BE PART OF IT!
