April 16 is Advance Care Planning Day. The GTA Chapter of Dying with Dignity Canada is hosting a live event featuring the authors of Hope for the Best Plan for the Rest.
Your life is changing. This book could change your life. It offers seven keys for anyone navigating a life-changing diagnosis. The authors, palliative care physician Dr. Sammy Winemaker, and McMaster U researcher Dr. Hsien Seow will be interviewed by Dr. Jeff Myers. Dr. Myers is a palliative medicine MD & U of T Bresver Family Chair in End-of-Life Care and Medical Assistance in Dying.
