The Sashbear Walk brings together families, friends, those with lived experience, mental health providers and supporters throughout the community to create a sea of orange in support of those with emotion dysregulation.
At the Sashbear Walk, people come together to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and make waves for mental health — a journey to provide hope of a life worth living, for all.
Activities include: special guest speakers, 5K walk, silent auction, yoga, and live music
After April 30:
General ticket (16 yrs.+): $30
Youth (12-15 yrs. old): $10
