Finding Home: A Salmon Journey Upstream

Finding Home: A Salmon Journey Upstream

Presented by Harbourfront Centre at Harbourfront Centre

Inseparable since they were spawned, Beagle and Sojo are best (salmon) friends from Lake Ontario and the self-proclaimed rockstars of the fish world. They do everything together until one day, Beagle doesn’t feel like a little fish in a little pond anymore. She’s ready to make the big trip for the big “change” upstream on the Humber River. Will Sojo join her?

From one of Canada’s leading theatres for young audiences and nominated for five Dora Mavor Moore awards and winner of Best New Play for Young Audiences, Finding Home: A Salmon Journey Upstream, is a heartfelt story full of child-friendly humour about the formidable bonds between best friends since birth. This inspiring piece of children’s theatre, accompanied by a live band, is a beautiful story suitable for the whole family.

This performance is recommended for all ages and is presented as part of JUNIOR, Toronto's International Children's Festival. Tickets start at $10.
