Low Sensory Mornings May 5, 2024

Presented by CN Tower at CN Tower

In partnership with Autism Ontario and Variety Village, we have adapted the CN Tower experience to provide our guests with sensory sensitivities further ways to enjoy their visit. Team members have received training through Autism Ontario and are happy and ready to assist throughout the journey within the Tower.

Guests visiting during Low Sensory Mornings will find:

Reduced capacities throughout the CN Tower, including within the elevators.
Adjustments to lighting and audio-visual elements within the building.
A music-free environment.

In addition, we are happy to offer:

Social stories here and here, to provide visual guides for our guests to navigate the CN Tower.
Activities to provide further enrichment and engagement during the visit.
A quiet space, for guests who may require a break from our observation levels.
Sensory kits, designed by Variety Village, with items to assist guests during their visit. Guests requesting to use one of the complimentary sensory kits (for themselves or for a member of their party), will be asked to leave a piece of government-issued ID to secure the kit during its use. The ID will be given back when the kit is returned to the Guest Services desk.
