The challenges of everyday life can feel overwhelming in the world's continuous state of chaos and intensity. We invite you to come rest in stillness, silence, and deep meditation through a retreat in the city.

Lead by a Yoga Alliance certified Meditation and Yoga teacher who has sat in Silent Meditation (10, 17, 30, and 49 days) both solitary and in groups while in Dark Rooms, monasteries in Thailand, shacks in the Peruvian jungle, and caves in India.

These retreats welcome everyone, regardless of ethnicity, orientation, and gender identification.

Morning Session

7:00am-9:00am: Introduction + Meditation*

9:00am-10:00am: Breakfast Break

10:00am-11:00am: Meditation

11:00am-1:00pm: Sound Bath, Restorative or Hatha Yoga

1:00pm-2:00pm: Lunch Break

Afternoon Session

2:00pm-3:00pm: Meditation3:00pm-5:00pm: Yin or Vinyasa Yoga, Intro to Yoga Nidra5:00pm-6:00pm: Final Meditation 6:00pm-6:30pm: Q&A + Group Sharing

​*The authentic spiritual teachings that will be shared are from different lineages, including but not limited to Self-Inquiry according to Ramana Maharshi, Tibetan Buddhism, Sufism, and Yogic Philosophy from the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, all through a lens of non-duality.
