BIST Heroes Run, Walk, Roll OR Bike

Calling ALL HEROES of BRAIN INJURY – break out your capes and step up to the start line!

Whether you are a survivor, family member, caregiver, healthcare or legal professional, or a concerned individual – you are a hero of brain injury.

Form your own ‘Super Hero Squad’ Capes, Masks, Wings and Super Powers are encouraged. Bring your family, friends, pups and co-workers for a fun filled morning to support a great cause.

A minimum $40 donation is required to register for the event – a Charity Tax Receipt will be provided!

Children under the age of 12 are welcome to come out and enjoy the day – no registration required! However, if they would like a t-shirt and be chip timed they can register as a HERO 12 and Under for a $15.00 fee.

🚴🏻 🚴🏾‍♀️ Grab your bike and helmet for a safe, social ride as you support BIST. We will be riding in groups of 10 with an experienced ride leader guiding each group. 🚴🏾‍♀️ 🚴🏻
