Doors open at 7:30 p.m., with the performance beginning at 8:00 p.m. Though the production runs about 2 hrs., exact runtimes may vary due its immersive nature.

Latecomer Policy:

Please note, audiences are encouraged to arrive at 7:30 p.m. to avoid missing our immersive preshow experience. Latecomers are only admitted within 5 minutes of the scheduled starting time to minimize disruptions.

Refund and Exchange Policy:

As capacity is limited, we strongly suggest purchasing tickets online in advance. Tickets may be purchased at the door, subject to availability. All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. Exchanges may be granted under extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Campbell House Museum.

PARKING INFO

An underground municipal Green P parking lot is located one block east of Campbell House, at City Hall (110 Queen Street West), below Nathan Phillips Square; parking lot entrances are off Bay Street and off Queen Street West.

An underground parking lot is below the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts, kitty-corner from Campbell House; the parking lot entrance is off York Street.

There may be street parking on the west side of University Avenue and on St Patrick Street, depending on the day and time.
