Discover how High Park’s plants and wildlife adapt with seasonal changes to survive the cold Toronto winter in this family nature hike.

The cold winter season brings out our coats, gloves, sweaters, boots and lots more. But how do High Park and its plant and animal life adapt to these seasonal changes?

As the temperature drops and days become shorter, the plants and animals of High Park prepare for winter in many fascinating ways! Join our Fall Into Winter Family Nature Walk in High Park and learn who migrates, who hibernates and who has amazing adaptations that allow them to stay put and survive a Canadian winter.
