This workshop is a general introduction to Adobe AfterEffects. Participants at any level will learn AfterEffects (AE) as both a powerful animation and a post-production tool for any moving footage, whether 2D, stop-motion, or video. Our hands-on session will familiarize participants with the general structure and workflow of the program, understanding compositions, layers, frame rates, keyframing, effects, sound, and outputting. We will explore more details of animation, rigging, time-remapping, keying, and 3D as time and interest allow. Participants may bring footage material to experiment with, but it’s not required.
