Kirtan at The Yoga House Oct 22, 2023

We invite you to join us for a special exploration of musical mantras (kirtan) at The Yoga House on Sunday, October 22, 2023 from 3:15pm to 5:30pm. The venue is a pleasant 10-15 minute walk from either Coxwell or Woodbine stations. The kirtan will be presented at the conclusion of an all-day yoga retreat and we are opening just 20 spaces to attend the kirtan at the end of the day.

Kirtan is a call-and-response form of musical mantra meditation. It has the power to tap into deep states of consciousness and yet it can also invoke exciting feelings of joy and energy! At a typical kirtan event, a group of chanters lead the crowd in multiple musical mantra sessions.
