Miro Quartet performs at the Jane Mallett Theatre.
The Miro Quartet won 2 major competitions, the Banff and the Naumberg, and has built an enduring career. Since 2003, the Miro has served as quartet-in-residence at the Butler School of Music at the University of Texas, Austin.
To celebrate Beethoven’s 250th year and their own 25th in 20-21, the Miro recreated programmes from the past. January 9, 2020, we heard Program 1 of the Archive Project, a programme from 1910 played originally by the Knesset Quartet. We liked that first one so
