Toronto BluesFest

Summertime is here and listening to the blues is easy with the return of the Toronto BluesFest at the East York Civic Centre on Saturday, June 24. Presented by the Toronto East Rotary Club, the event promises to be a fun day of great music, artisan market, kids activities and more. From Noon to 9 pm. Admission is free.

Don’t miss five leading Toronto blues artists including Danny Marks & The Bluez.FM All Stars, Gene Hardy Trio, The Blues Miners, Roots Down Trio and Left Turn. Performances run from 2:00 to 9:00 pm. Also featured is the Long & McQuade Youth Stage showcasing the Daniel-Baum Family Band and the University of Toronto Schools Big Band  from 12 Noon to 2:00 p.m. Bring your lawn chair, stay the day and enjoy great music along with an artisan market and fun activities for the kids.
