Casa Cultural Peruana Inc was founded on July 6, 2001 by peruvian families whose main objectives was to promote and preserve peruvian culture in Canada through folk dances, exhibits, festivals, history, cultural exchanges and much more. Our organization is run mostly by volunteers in different programs for all ages. Our weekly podcast, volunteer program, golden house for youth and seniors, Let’s dance program and our social and cultural events such as the Peruvian Christmas party providing toys for low income family with the support of the Toronto Fire Department and our yearly festivals: CANADIAN MULTICULTURAL PERUVIAN FEST (www.peruviantown.com) and CANADIAN LATIN FEST (www.canadianlatinfest.org) which brings our community together integrating multicultural communities from all backgrounds.
