Upper Village BIA

The Upper Village Business Improvement Association (BIA) is the voice of the business community on Eglinton West. It is committed to improving and promoting the Upper Village area through investment and advocacy to maintain its position as one of Toronto’s premier shopping, artistic, business, entertainment and tourist destinations.

The Upper Village BIA represents merchants, venues and services which provides the community with a vibrant and exciting shopping experience.

Located between Bathurst Street and the Allen Road, the BIA has now combined both north and south sides, paving the way for new and exciting events for all to enjoy.
