KODE RED TORONTO

Founded in 2018 under the direction of choreographer Jac Valiquette, Kode Red has operated as a performance based company centred around female empowerment & creating a safe space for women in the industry to express themselves. Our core group of dancers consists of 10 incredible women who have each made their mark in the industry individually by performing with some of North America’s top musical artists, creating their own choreographic works and instructing some of the city’s most sought after classes. The company has recently expanded to include “Kode Red Academy” a training tier of the Kode Red family. Kode Red Academy is founded on the same principles but with weekly regimented training to give the women everything they need in their toolbox as a female dancer. Both companies will be collectively doing their first full company production this winter entitled “Eternal Flame” and could not be more excited to hit the stage as a unit for the first time.
