The St. Patrick’s Parade Society are the custodians of a tradition to celebrate Ireland’s history, culture and heritage through entertainment. We are a not for profit, event staging organization, responsible for numerous Irish events throughout the year. We annually organize the Grand Marshal Ball, the St. Patrick’s Parade Lunch, Celtic Island, and Toronto’s St. Patrick’s Parade.

  • The St. Patrick's Parade is an amazing day filled with music, dance, floats and fun! It is the city's largest celebration of Irish-Canadian culture with thousands of participants and over 100 entries. This event is free to attend and fun for all ages. It takes place during March Break which makes it perfect timing for families to enjoy. Toronto's diversity is on full display with dozens of groups marching in support of their connections to Ireland and Canada. The Toronto Professional Firefighters Association will be collecting cash and canned goods throughout the route in support of the Daily Bread Food Bank. The Parade kicks off at noon at the corner of St. George and Bloor. It heads east across Bloor before turning south down Yonge Street. Marchers make a final turn onto Queen Street West before finishing outside Nathan Phillips Square around 3:00pm. Jack Armstrong is the Grand Marshal of the 2023 Parade. The legendary sports broadcaster is the son of two Irish immigrants. His popularity has obtained cult status since beginning his career as a broadcaster with the Toronto Raptors in the fall of 1998. This event is run by the St. Patrick's Parade Society of Toronto. The organization has been promoting Irish-Canadian culture and supporting local charities since 1987.
