The Bee Shop

Located steps from Lansdowne subway station, we are an urban farm apiary with educational bee themed tours that include honey tastings and a bee themed art gallery. Our front store sells all the various unpasteurized honeys and products of the beehive; a treasure chest of health (apitherapy); the ancient branch of beekeeping to do with the health benefits of the products of the hive) such as royal jelly, propolis, bee pollen, bee venom, beeswax candles. We have wonderful all natural soaps, lip balms, shampoos, conditioners, skin creams and toothpastes and polishes made with some products of the beehive. We offer tours and beeswax candle making workshops and other bee themed workshops such as apicosmetics (esthetics and bee products) and apicusine cooking with bee products. School group and daycare visit / activities and programs are now available. We also have a young beekeepers club and adult introductory beekeeping classes that cover the beekeeping season.
